With standard email support, we aim for 24-hour resolution. With prioritised email support, you jump the queue and we aim for 6 hours — often much quicker.

We’re based in the UK and don’t outsource any of our work offshore. But if you need copy written in US English, we specialise — um, specialize — in that too!
